Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
This policy covers the tonefloor.com website. It is deliberately short because this site collects very little. Use of the ToneFloor training platform by client organizations is governed by a separate written agreement, including data-processing terms.
Who we are
ToneFloor is operated from the European Union. For anything in this policy, contact us at [email protected].
What this website collects
This website has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and sets no tracking cookies.
- Aggregate analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build individual visitor profiles. We see page views and referrers in aggregate, not who you are.
- Email — if you write to [email protected] (for example to book a pilot), we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use it only to reply and to follow up on your request.
- Server logs — the site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site.
How we use and share it
We use correspondence to respond to you and, where relevant, to prepare a pilot or commercial proposal (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it beyond the service providers needed to run this site and our email.
Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict our processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority.
The ToneFloor platform
The ToneFloor training product processes session data (including voice, transcripts, and AI evaluations) on behalf of client organizations under a written agreement and data-processing addendum, with a documented list of subprocessors. Those terms are provided to clients directly and take precedence over this website policy for platform data.
Changes
If we change what this website collects, we will update this policy and the date above.
